At RSM, we understand that the diverse thinking of our people adds real value to our diverse middle market clients – here in the U.S. and around the world. As a result, we promote diversity among our people, and encourage them to bring their whole selves to work.
Our 11 employee network groups (ENGs) further promote diversity and inclusion across the firm, by encouraging employees to connect with peers across the firm. Inclusion of all people leads to understanding and appreciation of our diversity. By understanding and respecting one another’s perspectives, we form lasting relationships that benefit not only ourselves, but our clients.
Feb. 14 is widely recognized as a national day of love here in the U.S. With that in mind, our PRIDE ENG, along with the rest of our firm’s 9,000 employees nationwide, invite you to celebrate love by taking time to tell your wife, husband, sister, brother, children, mom, dad, grandparents, significant other and whomever else is special in your life, that you love them.
