Being in athletics my whole life, I’ve always thrived being a part of a team which is one of the many reasons I love my Job at RSM. Being part of tax, specifically the private company capability, allows me to be fully integrated into the client and see the full picture rather than working on just one piece of their company. I’ll work on the business entity taxes, the owner’s taxes, and then even their kid’s taxes. Not only do you get to see how the tax decisions you make on the business impact the family taxes, but you also get a front-row seat to watch and advise as the business and family grow over the years.
