What to expect:
- At RSM, our campus recruiting process typically starts at the beginning of both the fall and spring semesters.
- We host various recruiting events during this time, providing students with the opportunity to connect with recruiters and network with professionals. These events are a great way to learn more about RSM, and we highly encourage students to attend and engage.
- Open roles, including internships and entry-level positions, are typically posted during the recruiting season. Review available postings and apply for roles that align with your skills and interests!
- During peak filing periods, workloads may increase. RSM supports balance through flexibility, collaboration and access to wellbeing resources.

Being part of tax, specifically the private company capability, allows me to be fully integrated into the client and see the full picture rather than working on just one piece of their company. I’ll work on the business entity taxes, the owner’s taxes, and then even their kid’s taxes. Not only do you get to see how the tax decisions you make on the business impact the family taxes, but you also get a front-row seat to watch and advise as the business and family grow over the years.
