Rebekuh is a partner at RSM and serves as the national exempt healthcare tax industry and exempt organizations market leader. She has over 20 years of experience advising tax-exempt organizations and specializes in the healthcare and nonprofit industries.

In addition, Rebekuh is a senior analyst for the healthcare industry and a member of the firm’s Industry Eminence Program. She works alongside RSM’s chief economist and other senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends that affect middle market businesses.

Rebekuh concentrates on tax issues affecting tax-exempt organizations, including the complex rules governing the exempt status and 501(r), excise taxes, unrelated business taxable income, joint venture structuring, intermediate sanctions, private inurement, lobbying and political activities, compliance and information reporting, alternative investments, charitable gifts, ASC 740 (FIN 48) documentation and tax controversies.

She is a national speaker at various forums on topics affecting exempt organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and Healthcare Financial Management Association. In addition to speaking, she has written several articles and participated in webcasts related to relevant tax issues for exempt organizations.
