Dave Noonan is principal and leader of private equity strategy execution and solutions development for RSM US LLP, responsible for positioning the firm’s unique ability to maximize value creation throughout the mergers and acquisitions life cycle for middle market-focused private equity funds. Dave assists in the continued development of RSM’s overall private equity strategy and focuses on developing repeatable transaction portfolio support solutions that leverage the full suite of assets of the firm and its strategic partners.

Dave has more than 30 years of experience developing growth strategies to accelerate product and market launches and expansions for a wide range of companies in the telecommunications, software and professional services sectors. He has held various roles throughout his career, including as CEO of a private equity-held software company; founder and managing partner of a successful management consulting firm; executive director of a Cincinnati-based technology accelerator company; president and chief operating officer of a regional information technology outsourcing and strategic staffing company; and regional vice president and general manager of a large multinational voice and data communications organization.
