RSM Names New Industrials, Nonprofit and Education Industry Leaders

CHICAGO – (August 7, 2023) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – is pleased to announce two new enterprise leadership appointments. Jason Alexander has been appointed as enterprise industrials leader and Michele Juliana has been appointed as enterprise nonprofit and education leader, effective August 1, 2023.

In their new roles, Alexander and Juliana will lead all aspects of RSM’s industrials and nonprofit and education businesses across service lines, focused on RSM’s clients and people.

Alexander has served as enterprise manufacturing sector leader since 2021 and has spent the past 20 years advising clients in the areas of risk management, mergers and acquisitions, process design and improvement and information technology system implementation. During his tenure with RSM, Alexander has played an instrumental role in defining the firm's stance on going to market with an industry mindset. As one of the inaugural class members in RSM’s Industry Eminence Program, he and his fellow senior analysts have worked on understanding, forecasting and communicating economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries RSM serves.

A principal in the firm’s business applications practice, Juliana has held a variety of leadership roles in her 22 years with RSM, most recently serving as the enterprise consulting leader for the nonprofit practice since 2019. She has extensive experience bringing value to nonprofit organizations of all sizes across sectors, helping them optimize and transform their operations. She is a member of the firm’s STAR (Stewardship, Teamwork, Advancement and Retention) employee network group, chair of the Consulting Women’s Advisory Council and serves as a culture, diversity and inclusion mentor. Her passion for working within the industry extends to her local community, serving on the boards of multiple nonprofits.
