RSM Named One of the Best Workplaces for Parents™ in 2022 by Great Place To Work, Ranking No. 18

CHICAGO – (January 5, 2023) – Great Place To Work has honored RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – as one the 2022 Best Workplaces for Parents™. This is RSM’s third time being named as one of the best companies for parents to work for in the country, this year coming in at 18th place on this prestigious list.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Parents, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of more than 568,000 parents who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies and employ at least 50 parents. In the Great Place To Work® survey, 93% of RSM’s people said RSM is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. The top two factors that make RSM a great place to work according to the survey are the firm’s people and its culture.

The Best Workplaces for Parents™ list is highly competitive. It’s the only company culture award in America that selects winners not only on the types of programs companies offer parents, but on how fairly parents say they’re actually treated at their workplace. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience for working parents that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is. Other companies joining RSM on this year’s list include Bank of America, Cisco, Comcast, NBCUniversal, Salesforce and other prestigious organizations.
