Our commitment to an inclusive talent experience

At RSM, we believe in the value of every person. Our culture embodies inclusiveness and understanding, empowering our people to be their authentic selves and share their unique perspectives. Seeking to understand with empathy, demonstrating our core values and showing that we care fosters an inclusive environment and an engaged, talented workforce that reflects the diversity of our community. Together, our people’s individual talents and diverse perspectives strengthen our teams and enhance the unique insights that we provide to our clients.

Our brand is “the power of being understood,” so understanding is where we begin.

Talent experience and an inclusive community

  • Recruitment: RSM is committed to the recruitment and retention of diverse professionals, including Historically Black College and University recruitment and brings a strong presence and involvement to diverse student and professional organizations nationally.
  • Leadership: RSM devotes a fulltime team and invested leaders to our culture, diversity and inclusion (CDI) efforts, led by Richard J. Caturano, founding member and former chair of the AICPA National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion, and Tracey Walker, member of the Historically Black College and Universities Council and a Cornell University Certified Diversity Advanced Practitioner.
  • Employee network groups: Thousands of RSM professionals devote time to volunteerism, professional development, mentorship and networking through our 12 employee network groups.

Racial understanding and inclusion
