Brett Friedman, a dedicated audit and consulting professional at RSM US LLP, has been actively involved in the firm’s culture of inclusion since 2014. His journey began with the conceptualization of the ¡HOLA! employee network group (ENG) during a pivotal meeting, where he collaborated with colleagues to shape its name and vision.

Over the years, Brett has served on the ¡HOLA! ENG’s partner advisory board and steering committee, shaping its direction and success. As a lifetime member of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), and a former chapter president, Brett has had the unique opportunity to serve as RSM’s liaison for all ALPFA-related affairs.

Bringing more than 30 years of expertise in audit and consulting across  a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on governmental and nonprofit clients, Brett leads the Florida public sector practice and serves as the national assurance industry leader for the government services industry.
