As a member of the assurance leadership and National Professional Standards Group (NPSG) management teams, Curtis leads strategic projects to support RSM’s assurance line of business. In addition, Curtis serves as the national leader of the firm’s Abilities employee network group which educates on the gifts and challenges of differently abled individuals, creating a sense of belonging for professionals who are differently abled and those with dependents with special needs.

Curtis began his professional career in auditing after graduating from Penn State and gaining three years of experience in client services. In 2012, he joined RSM and worked as a resource manager in the assurance line of business for five years. Since 2017, Curtis has led strategy execution as part of the NPSG.
