About Davis

Davis Love III is one of the most respected and recognizable figures in golf, his PGA TOUR career includes 20 tournament victories, highlighted by his 1997 PGA Championship win at Winged Foot Golf Club. Known for his consistency and competitive spirit, Love has also shared his insights on the game through his book, Every Shot I Take, honoring his late father’s lessons; the book received the USGA International Book Award in its publication year.

Beyond the course, Love, along with his brother Mark, operates Love Golf Design, renovating and building courses across the country, including Forest Oaks Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina, and the Retreat and Plantation Courses at Sea Island Resort, Georgia. In 2005, Davis and his wife Robin founded The Davis Love Foundation, supporting children and families through national and community-based programs.
