Nelly specializes in providing organizational performance change management services. In this role, she partners with sponsors and stakeholders as a change management professional, leveraging over nine years of experience working with national and international clients.
Before joining the San Francisco office, Nelly spent three years in London as a member of RSM US’s global expatriate program. As a member of the expatriate program, Nelly assisted in delivering the RSM client experience globally by improving cross-border communications, executing global engagements, and building trust and working relationships throughout the UK and EU.
