I have had great leaders and mentors that have coached me and supported my growth. I've reached a point in my career where I'm focused on paying forward what I've received from others by providing mentorship and advocating to the next generation of women leaders. I'm fortunate for the opportunity to do that.

Retention.) employee network group (ENG) supports the advancement and retention of women by promoting advocacy and mentorship and providing professional development for our women employees and allies. STAR members also have access to national organizations whose missions are professional development for women.
