Ryan Caldwell, an audit partner in RSM’s health care practice, has dedicated more than a decade of service to the firm. Currently, he serves as the national leader for the Interfaith employee network group (ENG), showcasing his commitment to cultivating diversity and inclusion at RSM.
Engaged for many years in the Interfaith and Family First ENGs, Ryan actively nurtures an inclusive workplace culture that respects diverse faiths. Through RSM’s culture, diversity and inclusion (CDI) initiatives, he has participated in the CDI mentor program and taken part in numerous local events and volunteer activities.
Ryan’s personal spiritual journey emphasizes the importance of faith in his life, urging him to uphold authenticity and take ownership of his beliefs and actions. Additionally, he champions the Interfaith ENG to promote understanding of diverse faiths at RSM, contributing to enhanced talent engagement, client satisfaction and business growth.
