Since joining RSM, I’ve been impacted most by our culture. I’m so grateful to work for a firm that sees the value each person brings to a team.
I am always amazed by the strength of character of our people, and how they demonstrate RSM’s values each day with our clients and each other.

CHICAGO – (April 8, 2022) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – has concluded its third annual “Season of Service” campaign and is pleased to announce that the firm surpassed its fundraising goal.
RSM’s “Season of Service” is a stewardship opportunity that honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy and offers a chance for the firm’s people to serve others by sharing their time, talents and resources throughout the holiday season. It is through this campaign, led by RSM’s African American and Canadian Excellence (AACE) employee network group (ENG), that RSM’s people from across the U.S. and Canada can support the communities where they live and work by volunteering for and/or donating to deserving charitable organizations.
During this year’s “Season of Service” there were a number of opportunities for RSM’s people to make a positive impact in their local communities, including:
It is through these collective efforts that the firm raised more than $70,000 in donations and Dollars for Doers grants from the RSM US Foundation – approximately 450 of RSM’s people completed more than 1,000 hours of community service through the campaign, which contributed to a nearly $30,000 increase of funds raised through this effort compared to last year.
“If we’ve learned anything over the past two years, it is that our communities need us,” said Shannel Clubb, principal and national AACE ENG leader with RSM US LLP. “I am proud of our AACE ENG members and allies who joined us in helping to make a positive change within our communities. Together, we are the change that we seek.”
