Shannel Clubb is RSM US LLP’s national insurance leader and has more than 20 years of experience helping insurance companies design and implement modern solutions to support their business, technology, and growth strategies. Shannel’s experience extends across many domains including program transformation, digital strategy, and customer experience. She has led the delivery of large and complex programs supporting claims, product, underwriting, and finance transformation.
Prior to joining RSM, Shannel was instrumental in building the insurance financial services practice at a Big Four firm, which included developing methodologies to support large transformational programs. She is a results-driven executive who is passionate about helping her clients with their top priorities and growth initiatives.
Shannel is actively involved in a number of professional and community organizations, including the board of directors of BUILD Chicago, a nonprofit supporting at-risk youth with intervention, prevention, education, and health services. She is also a trustee on the Shedd Aquarium board focused on learning experiences and guest engagement, leveraging her technical and strategic expertise in developing the art of the possible within financial services.
In addition to her client services and leadership roles, Shannel is a regular speaker at insurance and women’s conferences on innovation and technology topics, as well as a published author of numerous industry articles on the shifting dynamics within insurance.
