Seramount Names RSM as One of its 2021 100 Best Companies

CHICAGO – (September 28, 2021) – Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media) revealed its annual list of 100 Best Companies today, representing almost 4 million employees in the U.S. This year’s winners are focusing on inclusive benefits for families, including paid gender-neutral parental leave, backup childcare and supporting employees through COVID-19. RSM was among the 100 companies that earned a spot on this year’s list.

“At RSM, we focus on creating an inclusive workplace where everyone’s talents and contributions are valued and recognized,” said Katie Lamkin, chief talent officer with RSM US LLP. “Being named as one of Seramount’s 2021 Best Companies is quite an honor and confirms that our people find value with the support we provide as they strive to meet their professional and personal goals.”

“Working parents and caregivers have had to shoulder so much responsibility throughout the pandemic, and our 100 Best Companies continue to offer support through their generous programs and benefits,” says Subha V. Barry, President of Seramount. “These companies have made the needs of their employees a priority, and we celebrate their commitment to creating an inclusive workplace culture where this critical talent pool can thrive.”

RSM joins Adobe, American Express, Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal USA, LEGO Systems, Inc. and others on this year’s list.
