RSM US LLP Board of Directors Announces Three New Members, Names Matt Bradvica Chair

CHICAGO — (November 27, 2019) — RSM US LLP (“RSM”) — the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market — recently elected three new board members: Ty Beasley, Paul Guirovich and Tim Tiefenthaler, to serve four-year terms, beginning Dec. 1, 2019. The members of the RSM US LLP Board of Directors have also selected Matt Bradvica to serve a one-year term as chair, beginning Dec. 1, 2019. Bradvica succeeds Sergio de la Fe who has served as chair since Sept. 1, 2018.

“We were very fortunate to have Sergio’s strong focus and leadership as board chair for the past 15 months,” said Joe Adams, managing partner and CEO with RSM US LLP. “He has a vast understanding of the issues and opportunities facing the middle market, a keen grasp of our firm, and strong relationships with our people and our clients. As the first Hispanic board chair, he made it his mission to bring diversity of perspective and ideas to the board. Matt will be an equally strong chair due to his knowledge of the technology, workforce, regulatory, global and other issues middle market executives are facing. I’m looking forward to working with Matt in his new role.”

“I’m honored to follow in the footsteps of Sergio, and build on the tremendous work that he and other former chairs have set into motion,” said Bradvica. “And, I’m looking forward to working more closely with our senior management team, which brings longevity and consistent focus to execute our strategy to be the first-choice advisor to middle market leaders globally. And, equally important, is how we will continue to nurture and protect our unique culture to empower our clients and our people to succeed.”
