RSM Names Mike Baron Head of Talent Acquisition

RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – recently announced that Mike Baron has joined the firm as its head of talent acquisition for the US and Canada. He will be based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office. 

Prior to joining RSM, Baron was with a Big Four firm for more than 19 years, where he held various leadership positions, including New York metro region experienced recruiting leader, US tax experienced talent acquisition leader and, most recently US tax talent acquisition leader for campus, experienced and direct-admit partner recruiting.
