At RSM, we provide resources to support the development of military veterans and their families, and we support employees still serving in the military when they’re deployed. Our VALOR (Veterans and Allies Leading Outreach) employee network group supports and promotes advocacy for its members in their RSM and military aspirations.

Hiring Our Heroes

We partner with Hiring Our Heroes to help support our veterans and military service members as they transition from the military to their next career.

The RSM VALOR program is not only a strong ENG supporting veteran affiliated employees and local veteran and military programs, but it is also executing a strategy to hire and retain veterans and veteran spouses across the firm. Having gone through a transition from a career in the military, I’m passionate about helping transitioning veterans prepare for their next career. Being able to align my passion with my employment at RSM is a win-win situation.
