Multicultural employee network group

Connecting people from all cultures across our firm

Our Multicultural employee network group (ENG) supports individuals with multicultural backgrounds and experiences, educates others on different cultures represented within our firm and around the world, and provides opportunities for our people to learn about colleagues’ experiences that might differ from their own. This fosters a better understanding and appreciation of various cultural contributions and encourages different perspectives of multicultural individuals to further enhance RSM’s business and inclusion objectives. Members actively support the recruitment, development and retention of multicultural individuals and promote inclusion within our firm.

This ENG hosts events across RSM and collaborates with other ENGs to provide professional development to our people, networking and business development, internal growth opportunities, and recruiting for new college graduates as well as experienced professionals. Members also have the opportunity to engage in a conversational language program to develop their skills in a different language, which promotes global business initiatives.
