William Wilcox is a consulting director with knowledge in system design and implementation. He focuses on implementing financial and operational solutions for the dairy industry. He has worked on many enterprise resource planning system implementations over the past 15 years as both a manager, workstream lead and specialist. William’s areas of practice include ERP implementation, software selection, process discovery and improvement system training, and procedure documentation. William excels in high-pressure situations that require significant planning and sound decision-making while meeting customer expectations. Customer satisfaction is a key motivator for William as he forges partnerships with all contributors to project teams.
