Now as the leader of the enterprise account leader team, Ross leverages the full power of the firm to serve RSM’s current and prospective clients by engaging with our go-to-market teams, industry leaders and client pursuit teams to bring the right people together at the right time to provide the right solutions.
Ross also led and developed a next-generation development program under the enterprise account leader team to identify, develop and assist with the onboarding process for future enterprise account leaders.
Ross has a deep and diverse background with over 19 years in the profession focused on SEC clients, Fortune 500 and middle market companies. Previously, he advised clients on technology transformation, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, process design and improvement, internal audit, and information technology system implementation. He also led a regional technology and management consulting team which he expanded organically with a key focus on building the Florida market.
