Ron Draganowski leads the data analytics team at RSM. He plays a pivotal role in RSM’s services implementing business intelligence solutions, data engineering and migration, and advanced analytics solutions, including harnessing the power of client data through OpenAI (ChatGPT). Ron has a penchant for early project discovery and client collaboration. As a leader who aims to listen and challenge, he strives to establish a strong foundation and rapport to achieve a successful outcome.  

With more than 20 years of experience in business technology consulting, Ron has partnered with a range of industries, including retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, and consumer package goods. Ron has significant experience with ERP implementation, system integration design, mobile and web application design, technology assessment, strategic technology planning, and business intelligence.  

Ron plays an important role in the successful development and launch of large client engagements through his extensive knowledge of financial systems technology, data analysis, integration, and design. Ron has led teams focusing on ERP customization, integrations, and analytics.  

Ron strives to build trust and experiences with clients and team members. He is a member of the Family First and STAR employee network groups at RSM.
