Rick Miller is General Counsel for RSM US LLP.
Rick Miller is a CPA and an attorney. He has served as RSM’s General Counsel since 1987. Rick and his team are responsible for the firm’s employment, professional liability and corporate legal matters.
Prior to joining RSM, Rick was a partner in a Chicago litigation firm and a federal criminal prosecutor. He has been the lead trial attorney in numerous cases involving complex financial fraud, organized crime and political corruption, and he served as Special Assistant Illinois Attorney General in significant antitrust litigation. Rick is also a fomer President of the Village of Hinsdale, Illinois.
