Rebecca Warren is a leader in the ultra-high-net-worth practice. She works extensively with high-net-worth families, trustees, business owners and charitable organizations to structure and coordinate transactions around family wealth preservation, wealth transfers, charitable transfers, asset protection, closely held enterprises business matters, and tax compliance for multigenerational families and closely held businesses.

Rebecca understands the importance of building long-lasting relationships with clients spanning generations. She does this by listening to her client’s needs and passions to collaborate and build a sustained legacy for their family. Rebecca applies these same principles to building a team within RSM. She values the collaboration and development of each team member to increase the entire team’s strength.

She also contributes to RSM’s library of writings and service offerings. She is also a frequent speaker on estate and gift planning matters.

In her time away from work, Rebecca is actively involved in raising and training service dogs for Guide Dogs for the Blind, as well as leading a Girl Scout troop in the community.
