Praveen CP is a director in RSM Canada’s management consulting practice and an experienced leader with over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Praveen has a passion for advising clients through their finance transformation journey. He guides finance teams through crucial decisions and events, including finance strategy development, technology assessments, enterprise resource planning solution selections and process improvements.

Praveen CP specializes in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and insurance industries. He has extensive experience leading large and complex transformation initiatives, demonstrating a strong understanding of key business and finance functions such as procure-to-pay, source-to-report and plan-to-act processes. Praveen utilizes his technology background to create business transformation plans that greatly improve operational efficiency and delivery for his clients.

Before joining RSM, Praveen spent three years at a Big Four firm in Toronto, leading point solutions teams. Praveen has also worked in the industry for more than six years in controllership and financial planning and analysis areas where he was adept in accounting, financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, systems implementations and process improvements.
