RSM’s Professional Services+ (PS+) clients seek out Paul to consult on practice management issues facing their leadership teams. He works closely with PS+ clients to jointly serve assurance, tax and consulting firms and generate new business through collaboration.

Paul’s background is in audit and accounting. His article “Challenges and payoffs: Implementing the new standards” was published in the January 2008 issue of the Journal of Accountancy. The article focused on the risk standards introduced by Statements on Auditing Standards Nos. 104−111.
Paul has been with RSM since 2001 and with the firm’s Professional Services+ practice, the former RSM Alliance, an affiliation of independent professional services firms in the United States, Canada, the Cayman Islands and Puerto Rico, since 2002. Previously, he worked for Big Four accounting firms and a regional firm. His audit and accounting industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, service organizations, nonprofits, health care, insurance, government and transportation. In addition, he previously served as a consultant specializing in human resources and information technology consulting.
