Milton started with RSM 30 years ago and has a background in management consulting and transaction advisory. His experience includes delivering transaction advisory services, including financial due diligence services and seller due diligence services. His scope of work crosses various lines of business and business functions, including operations, human resources and technology. He has advised on profit enhancement and finance transformations. In addition to his work with RSM, Milton spent several years on the management team of a middle market company, which helped hone his perspective and capabilities for serving clients.
Milton’s experience includes developing the industry and private equity practices—two focus areas aligned with the firm’s vision. He finds great satisfaction in building, designing and improving things, both professionally and personally. His mission is to leave something better than he found it.
A student of leadership, Milton strives to lead his team to win in the marketplace. As a coach and mentor to the next generation of firm leaders, he takes time to understand their goals and provide guidance to move their careers forward. He is executive sponsor of the firm’s Abilities employee network group and is instrumental in driving industry-focused network groups as part of the firm’s strategy. Outside of RSM, he helped found a nondenominational Christian church and is one of its leaders.
