His extensive experience as a consultant and partner to law, consulting and executive search firms has helped clients overcome challenges and create solutions. He has effectively advised leaders on best practices and streamlining of operations to maximize efficiencies.
In May 2019, Michael was selected as a senior analyst in RSM’s cutting-edge industry eminence program, which positions its senior analysts to understand, forecast and communicate economic, business and technology trends shaping the industries RSM serves. As an industry eminent, Michael advises business and professional services clients on conditions influencing middle market leaders.

He specializes in operational assessments, financial system analysis and selection, risk assessments, consolidations and mergers, and internal control system evaluations.
