Mary Nelson is a management consultant director with RSM US LLP. She is an experienced professional in finance and accounting in multiple functions and industries.

Mary is a seasoned RSM employee with over 33 years of experience (17 years in industry and 16 years in consulting). Mary works with financial leaders nationwide to help solve their interim resources and financial and accounting challenges. She focuses on managing interim engagements and the planning, execution and delivery of operational improvement projects for companies in a variety of industries. Mary works with project owners to optimize process efficiency, performance and profitability by utilizing analysis, technology and transformation. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing financial transformation, planning and analysis solutions and operational process improvements. Mary previously worked in the financial and facilities services, consulting advisory, real estate, insurance and manufacturing industries.
