Lisa is a senior manager in RSM’s Southeast transfer pricing practice; she provides transfer pricing planning, transfer pricing compliance, and dispute resolution services to multinational companies and is a member of the firm’s international tax services group. Lisa advises clients on a variety of transfer pricing issues with respect to their global intercompany transactions. She evaluates and develops transfer pricing policies, prepares transfer pricing documentation that satisfies the requirements of the Internal Revenue Service and other overseas taxing agencies, and provides assistance with respect to guidance issued by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. Lisa supports clients on global transfer pricing projects through coordination with international RSM member firms. She also provides transfer pricing dispute resolution services, including audit defense and the negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements and other competent authority matters. Lisa has advised numerous companies on unilateral US APAs and bilateral APAs with Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Korea, Mexico, and the Netherlands, among other countries.
Prior to joining RSM, Lisa was a transfer pricing manager at the National Tax Office of a Big Four firm in the US, and an international tax attorney at a top international law firm
