Kirk spearheads the high-performing teams at RSM, overseeing the intricate details and complexities of their clients’ business processes and accounting, all with the goal of successful completions of financial audits. Kirk’s primary areas of focus within RSM’s BPO capabilities include lease administration and accounting, fixed asset accounting (GAAP and tax), procure to pay, technical accounting, and financial and SEC reporting.
With his teams, Kirk designs and implements technology-aligned operational capabilities that provide value to clients and efficiencies at the cost required for sustainable outsourced solutions. Kirk distinguishes himself as a proactive, organized, hands-on teacher who adeptly manages the multiple stages of complex service engagements. His decades-long experience as a lead auditor for public companies, serving large, complex, large-integrated audit clients, forms the foundation of Kirk’s ability to identify and successfully navigate complex issues.
Over the past 35 years, Kirk has served a diverse range of national and international clients, assisting them in virtually every aspect of their growth. Kirk’s passion lies in understanding his clients’ businesses and delivering value through his services.
