Kathryn is an esteemed assurance partner with RSM, renowned for her dedication to fostering diverse and equitable work environments. Her commitment stems from a four-year expat assignment in London, where she developed a deep passion for cultivating workplaces that value diversity and prioritize equity. Kathryn is actively involved with California’s certified public accounting (CPA) group and was recently honored with the “Woman to Watch” award. In addition, Kathryn currently serves as the national leader of the firm’s Generations employee network group (ENG), which is committed to promoting a culture of respect among multiple generations across RSM as well as its clients and communities.
