Jiten Shah is chief financial officer for RSM US LLP and a member of the firm’s executive team.
As CFO and a member of the firm’s executive team, Jiten will be responsible for RSM US LLP’s finance function across the U.S., Canada, El Salvador and India. His vast experience leading finance and operations at multinational and multibillion dollar firms will help RSM evolve to meet its digital and global future.
Jiten joins RSM from a Big Four firm where he most recently served as group CFO for the firm’s global tax and law business line. In this role, he helped shape strategy for the firm across geographic regions while focusing on transformation for optimal service delivery. Jiten also has substantial experience in international business, acquisitions and ERP conversions, which he honed through this and various other finance and operational leadership roles over the last 30 years.
Jiten has strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for mentoring and developing people. Throughout his career, he has also been a proponent and leader of diversity and inclusion efforts.
Outside of work, Jiten enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a volunteer at the Art of Living Foundation and a trained facilitator for stress reducing techniques using yoga and meditation.
