Jennifer Southworth has been in implementation consulting since 2006 and has led the Dayforce consulting implementation team since 2019. As a principal, Jennifer provides guidance to clients and RSM consultants to ensure business needs are understood, and best practice guidance is provided around implementing and optimizing the Dayforce system. Jennifer helps clients develop an implementation strategy to meet their short- and long-term organizational goals. Her client-focused approach has helped her build a high-performing, engaging, cohesive team.
