Duke Smaroff is a partner at RSM US LLP and serves as the Great Lakes/Central regional leader of the firm’s Professional Services+ practice.
In his role, Duke works with Professional Services+ clients to help them achieve their strategic goals. Duke accomplishes this through consultations, retreat facilitations and navigation of RSM resources.
As a regional leader, Duke is responsible for connecting clients with local RSM offices to develop relationships and increase interactive opportunities.
Duke has been part of the RSM organization for nearly 30 years. Prior to his current role, Duke was a member of RSM’s assurance team. Duke served on the paperless task force responsible for developing and implementing a paperless audit system for RSM, one of the first accounting firms to implement such a system. As a result of his work within the technology field, Duke became a nationally recognized expert on electronic data efficiencies and was named one of CPA Technology Advisor’s 40 Under 40 in 2008. He has also been a frequent speaker at RSM and various industry conferences, and participated in the firm's partner development program.
