David Zangrilli has been providing tax services at RSM US LLP for more than 10 years. David has had significant exposure to a wide variety of clients across the middle market including real estate, private equity and health care.
David has worked with multistate partnerships and navigated complex partnership issues including principles of section 704(c), maintenance of section 704(b) capital, complex income allocations utilizing targeted capital provisions and waterfall allocations, optional basis adjustments under section 754, and various forms of partnership mergers and acquisitions. David is a member of RSM’s national pass-through tax consulting group where he focuses on partnership taxation. He is also a member of RSM’s national section 199A team.
