David McLaughlin is a principal in RSM US LLP’s business applications consulting practice where he leads overall growth efforts for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 team in the industrials industry segment, which includes manufacturing, distribution, automotive and energy. 

David has over 17 years of Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 implementation experience and over 26 years of combined project management and systems management experience in both consulting and user roles. David has led ERP projects involving retail, distribution, discrete and process manufacturing across a number of industry segments, and has served in industry roles including production supervisor, process engineer and customer service manager. David is a certified project management professional and former U.S. naval officer and aviator.
