David Hickethier leads the human-centered design practice at RSM. With more than 20 years of experience, David serves as an advocate for how human-centered design and innovative technology can change lives—solving marketing and business challenges with customer-centric candid conversations, strategic thinking and collaboration. He constantly pushes himself and his team to lead, learn and explore new frontiers. In addition to his role as a national practice leader at RSM, David serves as the office leader for the firm’s Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, office.

Before joining RSM, David founded and served as CEO of Andculture, a firm that provided client-facing marketing strategy, design and technology services. A longtime leader in the East Coast technology and venture community, he also founded Catamaran, a Pennsylvania tech accelerator. He also served as a venture partner in Food for Thought Worldwide Ventures and 1855 Capital, which invests in the Penn State University community.
