Charles “Chuck” Freeman has more than 17 years of experience providing tax services to public and private global organizations. Chuck has extensive knowledge working with consolidated corporations, including delivering tax provision and tax compliance services. Committed to excellence, he proactively leads project teams by facilitating the resolution of issues and ensuring compliance with the firm’s policies and professional standards to deliver tax services on time and on budget.

Chuck’s vast experience in tax consulting includes mergers and acquisitions, accounting periods and methods consulting, credits and incentives consulting, tangible property regulations consulting, and SOX internal control testing. Before joining RSM, he worked for a Big Four accounting firm. He has specialized in industrials and consumer products throughout his career, providing tax services to several large, publicly-traded and large private organizations.
