About Chris

Chris Mueller has forged a 30-year career in human resources, successfully guiding clients of all sizes and in all sectors in the execution of their transformational objectives. As managing director of the workforce management practice at RSM US LLP, Chris helps clients and client-serving teams create an environment where business goals are well articulated, understood and achievable. He focuses on developing implementation strategies that accelerate time to value and include the approach, governance and rigor to effectively manage and mitigate risk and meet desired outcomes.

Chris has a truly collaborative and transparent approach to project governance, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility to all aspects of the project with diligent consideration to functional and technical interdependencies, key risk areas and downstream impacts. He leverages his experience leading large, complex implementations including human resources, payroll and time to help RSM UKG Pro Workforce Management clients develop an implementation strategy and approach that is unique to their defined project outcomes.
