About Brad

Brad DeVilbiss is RSM US LLP’s enterprise strategy development leader. He is responsible for collaborating with the firm’s leaders on the development and execution of RSM’s firmwide strategy.


Experience

As enterprise strategy development leader, Brad is responsible for the development, communication, execution and sustainability of the enterprise strategy including working with leaders from the lines of business, industry, channels and other business units to ensure alignment to RSM’s vision and strategy. In addition, he is responsible for bringing forward research and analysis on competitive trends and outlooks that identify strategic areas of interest and ensure that insights are leveraged in strategy planning discussions with leadership.

Since joining RSM in 2018, Brad has served as an advisor to executive management with extensive experience performing in-depth business and financial analysis and turning the derived insights into recommendations and strategic considerations. He is highly regarded for his unique ability to critically think through the application of innovative business strategies and reengineer processes that yield measurable results.

Prior to joining RSM, Brad served in leadership roles at a global consulting firm where he focused on the people side of strategy. He developed and implemented powerful experiences that turned strategy into results. Brad has experience in industries including technology, life sciences, medical device, automotive, consumer products, professional services and banking.

Brad is a member of RSM’s VALOR (Veterans and Allies Leading Outreach) employee network group which encourages the recruitment, retention and success of veterans, active/reserve military members and their families within RSM and local communities. As a former Division 1 college athlete, he enjoys staying active by playing golf, working out, hiking and participating in a variety of sports. Brad also spends time restoring and collecting muscle cars at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
