Bob Malinowski is a managing director in the financial consulting practice of RSM US LLP. Bob helps clients understand the accounting and financial reporting consequences of the complex financial structures employed in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and transaction financing. He is recognized as a subject matter expert with regard to lease accounting issues and transactions.
For twenty plus years, Bob Malinowski has advised companies of diverse sizes and industries with complex lease accounting matters under ASC 840, ASC 842 and IFRS. He speaks frequently on the topic to industry groups, clients and at internal RSM events.
Prior to joining RSM, Bob was a managing director with the financial accounting and advisory services group at a Big Four firm.
