With more than a decade of consulting experience at RSM US LLP, Becky Strope-Boggus is known for her collaboration, analytical prowess and diligence in advocating for equity and inclusion within the firm. As the leader of RSM’s Pride employee network group (ENG), Becky focuses on fostering a welcoming environment for all employees, encouraging authenticity and vulnerability.
Becky’s personal journey with Pride highlights the importance of ENGs and inclusive workplaces. As a lesbian, she has directly experienced the transformative impact of Pride's initiatives and remains committed to advancing its inclusion efforts. In Des Moines, she spent six years as the office champion and seven years as the local Pride leader. Since 2018, Becky served with Pride’s executive committee, and as the lead mentor for Pride’s EmPOWERment program from 2019 to 2021. Furthermore, Becky’s contributions extend to the development of RSM’s The Power of Empathy curriculum, earning her recognition with the CDI Impact Award for Attitude in 2020 and Working Mother of the Year in 2022.
