RSM Names Josh Johnston First-Choice Advisor Center Leader
RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – is pleased to announce that Josh Johnston has been selected to lead the RSM First-Choice Advisor Center (FCAC), effective May 1. Johnston succeeds Rick Davis who will continue to serve as a faculty member.
The RSM FCAC provides a comprehensive learning, professional development and resource center to enhance RSM’s professionals’ ability to empower clients through the power of being understood.
“We’re thrilled that Josh has moved into this new leadership role for the RSM First-Choice Advisor Center,” said Andy Bosman, chief marketing officer with RSM US LLP. “Under the leadership of Rick, we successfully aligned programs and developed new processes to further the competence and confidence of our professionals in being first-choice advisors to middle market leaders, globally. We’re confident that Josh will play an integral role as the FCAC continues to grow and as we further enhance the value we bring to our clients.”
In his new role, Johnston is focused on strategy, working closely with RSM leadership to connect the FCAC with key initiatives across the firm and identify how the Center can accelerate growth and increase the consistency of advisory interactions with the firm’s clients.
“I am thrilled to have been selected for this role and to continue working with Rick and the team to further develop our business advisor capabilities,” said Johnston. “The firm’s dedication to the First-Choice Advisor Center demonstrates our commitment to developing our people and to delivering exceptional client service. I am looking forward to continuing to help my colleagues enhance their deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and nurture our rich trusted advisor relationships.”
“It’s been an honor to lead the First-Choice Advisor Center and help to empower our firm’s people,” said Davis. “Josh’s deep expertise, combined with his leadership skills, make him a terrific fit to successfully lead this meaningful program. I’m excited to continue to help the Center and firm grow, and to continue to provide coaching for leaders across the firm so that we can help our middle market clients reach their business goals.”
The FCAC team also includes Pat Nunley and Linda Davis, who both are focused on content and program development, and Kristen Nordberg, who oversees operations. The team will soon expand with new resources for coaching, training and facilitation, and content and program development.
