CHICAGO – (May 5, 2021) – RSM US LLP ("RSM") – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – and Rego Consulting – a leading ServiceNow Elite-level services and consulting provider – announced today that the ServiceNow practice of Rego Consulting will join RSM. The firms have signed a definitive agreement for RSM to acquire the ServiceNow practice from Salt Lake City-based Rego Consulting, with the transaction expected to close on June 1, 2021, subject to certain terms and conditions.
Jerry Dolak, executive vice president and ServiceNow business lead at Rego, and Rego’s team of ServiceNow professionals will join RSM, strengthening the RSM ServiceNow practice across the U.S. and Canada. The announcement comes on the heels of an agreement between RSM and ServiceNow to enable RSM to bring the platform’s enhanced digital workflow software solutions to its clients.
Launched in 2016, Rego’s ServiceNow practice includes leading professionals throughout the U.S. who together have served hundreds of clients, including 60% of Fortune 100 companies, and who have performed more IT business management (ITBM) implementations than any other ServiceNow partner.
Rego’s ServiceNow team, its track record and reputation for delivering high-quality service complement RSM’s existing ServiceNow practice. In addition to being a recognized ServiceNow leader in IT business management solutions, Rego’s team has deep experience in customer service management, IT operations management, software asset management, IT service management and configuration management database solutions. The team has also earned Elite-level partner status in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
