RSM Recognized as a 2016 Best Place to Work for New Dads
Fatherly.com recently named RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – as one of its 2016 Best Places to Work for New Dads. Fatherly’s list was compiled by working with human resources departments from over 100 businesses with more than 1,000 employees.
Among the family-friendly services RSM provides, according to Fatherly.com is “extended care cash,” for parents who frequently work outside traditional office hours and/or those who travel often. Extended care cash can be used, for example, to pay for extended day care so that traveling parents can bring their children with them on business trips. Another notable program is the RSM new parent coaching program, which provides counseling services, tips, and advice to new parents.
