RSM US LLP Partners Elect Dave Dobranic and Kate Seitz to Board of Directors

CHICAGO – (December 1, 2025) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – announced the election of David (Dave) Dobranic and Kate Seitz to its Board of Directors. Each will serve a four-year term beginning December 1, 2025.

The appointments come during a period of significant transformation for RSM, marked by global expansion and accelerated investment in digital and AI capabilities. Strong governance will be critical in guiding these investments and RSM's strategic priorities to:

Both leaders were elected by a vote of the firm’s partners and principals.

New board members

Dave Dobranic is an assurance partner who currently leads the industrials practice in the Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Pittsburgh markets. With more than 26 years at RSM, Dobranic brings deep audit expertise in the manufacturing, industrials and consumer products industries, specifically advising closely held and private equity clients. He specializes in navigating complex accounting standards and advising multinational operations. Recognized for his people-first leadership and global perspective, Dobranic has guided clients through successful public offerings and is committed to helping organizations achieve sustainable growth.

Kate Seitz has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting at RSM, specializing in serving financial services clients across capital markets and asset management. As RSM US LLP’s assurance capability leader for capital markets and insurance, she oversees operational matters and provides consultations and quality reviews for engagement teams. Seitz’s deep industry knowledge is complemented by her prior roles as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Stockbrokerage and Investment Banking Expert panel and the Center for Audit Quality’s broker-dealer task force, where she has helped shape guidance and served as a primary source of changes in the industry.
