David (Dave) is an assurance partner and member of the RSM US LLP Board of Directors. As the leader of the Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pittsburgh market’s industrials practice, Dave is responsible for executing the firm’s industrials strategy in his market.

With over 26 years at RSM, Dave brings extensive audit experience in the consumer products and industrials industries, along with a strong record of leadership in client service, industry strategy and global operations. Dave is a people-first, client-focused leader who exemplifies RSM’s values and offers a global perspective shaped by his work across multiple geographies and industries.

Dave specializes in serving closely held and private equity clients, primarily in the manufacturing, industrials and consumer products sectors. Recognized for his deep knowledge of navigating complex accounting standards and advising multinational organizations, Dave has advised clients through successful public offerings. His approach is defined by his enthusiasm, honesty, transparency and a commitment to supporting organizations in anticipating challenges, avoiding costly surprises and achieving sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys red wine, international travel and golf. He and his wife, Jen, have three children who are highly competitive high school athletes in their respective sports: wrestling, basketball and volleyball. Their family’s commitment and drive provide a meaningful perspective that informs his leadership approach.
